Greg is a godsend. He is an excellent Real Estate professional -- walking us through the process, negotiating a fair offer, negotiating repairs, etc. He was thorough, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made sure we were in the loop on things as they progressed. What sets him apart, however, is that he really wanted to help us beyond the purchase of our home. He recommended a different lender who was able to offer us a much better interest rate (we were shocked by the difference). We ended up buying a home that needed renovations and he connected us with great electricians, plumbers, drywallers, kitchen designers, etc. We really have no experience in the area and would have been too intimidated to take on the project without his support. Even though the sale is over, he still checks in on the progress and offers help/advice. It is important to him that we end up with the perfect house. Hopefully, we won't be buying a home anytime soon, but we will definitely call him if our plans change.
